I was working at the movie theater next to the World Arena in Colorado Springs when there was a concert for Cher. After the concert ended she came in with her dancers and managers, who all approached the concessions counter. She came to my terminal and ordered a popcorn and drink. I was actually able to upsell her from a small popcorn to a medium.
