Meeting celebrities in CT was unheard off!
Just hearing about a celeb in Connecticut was unheard of 12 years ago, let alone meat one! But one of the first weeks Foxwoods Casino opened up, there were a few B list-level celebs coming in, but on my 4th shift working there I was a new craps dealer, I was barrier head down in the layout placing bets and all off a sudden the Floorman pokes me and says look up at the person you just booked the bet from! I look up and it Clint Eastwood! Old Dirty Harry himself, I was 34 at the time and I'd had grown up watching and loving his movies! That was a huge treat! He didn't stay long, he was there the same time Tom Cruise, Whoppy Goldberg, The black funny guy that played Dr. Huxtible, I can't think if his name, and Micheal Douglas also, but Clint Eastwood was the one I saw and talked to for about 5 minutes.
