Arnold Schwarzenegger supports Ukrainian Protestors

Arnold Schwarzenegger hasn’t been shy lately about letting out his point of view regarding politics in the Ukraine. The film actor and former California governor said that he supports the Ukrainian people who are facing conflict as they strive towards democracy.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the popular actor said in a video, "I want to send a message of support to the people of Ukraine to let them know that I wish them all the best of luck in their peaceful struggle for democracy."

Schwarzenegger isn’t the only celebrity sending words of support. According to Variety, George Clooney has also spoken in support of the people suffering in the Ukraine. The messages were uploaded onto the site of Vitali and Wladimir Klitschko. Vitali is one of the leaders of an opposition movement in the Ukraine.

Arnold Schwarzenegger became one of the most famous action stars, with roles in The Terminator, Commando, and Predator. He has also been seen on the small screen in Tales from the Crypt and Go Figure!. He was the governor in California from 2003 to 2011.
