Justin Bieber will reportedly accept a plea deal that keeps him out of spending any time in jail for his DUI case.
The 19-year-old “As Long As You Love Me” singer will have to plead no contest to DUI, resisting arrest and driving without a valid license.
According to the New York Post, if he does, all charges will be dropped and he will avoid jail time. Also part of the plea deal, Bieber will need to submit his travel itineraries to authorities as well as submit random drug tests for nine months. Authorities will monitor his blood alcohol levels under this deal.
Bieber was caught drag racing with another car in Miami in late January and when pulled over by the cops, he admitted to being under the influence of drugs.
His entourage allegedly blocked off part of a street so he could have a drag race with Khalil Sharief, who has a recording contract with Island Def Jam records. Sharief was also charged with DUI.
