Rapper and actor, Ludacris, real name Christopher Bridges, is fighting for custody of his 2-month-old daughter with his ex, Tamika Fuller.
The Fast & Furious star filed legal documents in an attempt to get custody of the baby – his second child. He also has a 12-year-old daughter, Karma, from a previous relationship.
According to TMZ, Fuller currently has custody of their daughter, Cai, but Ludacris filed the paperwork to show he’s a "fit and capable parent” who deserves full custody. He tried to demonstrate he’s already "an active father" to Karma.
Moreover, Ludacris and Fuller aren’t just fighting over custody of Cai. They’re also fighting over child support.
Hollywood.com reports Fuller originally asked for $15,000 a month in child support but he argued that since Paul Walker’s death, Fast & Furious has come to a halt and has hit him hard financially.
A judge then ordered him to pay $7,000 a month. He’s now asking an Atlanta judge for Fuller to pay him child support, TMZ reports.
