Adam Lambert has been enjoying his guest staring role on Glee and a recent tour announcement with Queen but Lambert is now treating his fans with news about his long awaited upcoming studio album.

This will mark the third studio album for Lambert and his first since he left his contract with RCA Records. Lambert is currently headed to Sweden to work with producer Max Martin, who is known overseas as a major producer who produces pop hit after hit, Billboard reported.

Martin worked with Lambert on his first album which was released back in 2009 but now the duo has teamed up again. His sophomore album was his first No. 1 release on the Billboard charts.

Martin recently worked with Ellie Goulding for her single that is featured on the Divergent soundtrack.

Rolling Stone reported that Lambert would be teaming up with Queen for an entire North American tour.

No release date for Lambert's next record has been announced.
