Cate Blanchett and fellow Oscars nominee Amy Adams got celebratory tattoos

Winning an Academy Award is the highest honor an actor can get in their career, so how did Blue Jasmine star Cate Blanchett celebrate? She reportedly got a tattoo with fellow nominee Amy Adams.

The women were seen leaving the Shamrock Social Club tattoo parlor in West Hollywood on Monday, the day after the Oscars. Both of them had their wrists bandaged up, with the American Hustle star’s fiancé also photographed with a bandage, The Independent reports.

Blanchett won the Oscar for Best Actress for her role in Woody Allen’s Blue Jasmine. She said since accepting it, she hasn’t let it leave her side.
“It’s the closest my husband and I have ever come to a threesome,” she told Oscars host Ellen DeGeneres on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Monday.

Metro reports before picking up her Oscar, Blanchett and friend Julia Roberts almost missed the ceremony for taking too long at the bar.

“I was with Julia Roberts in the bar for rather too long and just got back to my seat in time," she admitted.
