Miley Cyrus home burglarized, car and jewelry stolen

Police are trying to find two robbers who broke into the home of pop superstar Miley Cyrus Friday. The burglars allegedly made away with jewelry and one of the singer’s luxury cars.

Sources told TMZ that the items were discovered missing when one of Cyrus’ assistants arrived at the San Fernando Valley home Saturday night into Sunday morning. She then called police, who later discovered that there was no sign of forced entry.

Police are currently investigating, combing through security footage. They also sent a fingerprint unit to the home.

According to the Associated Press, the thieves made off with a 2014 Maserati sedan. It’s not clear how much jewelry was taken.

Police asked anyone with information to call the North Hollywood burglary unit.

This is the second time in recent weeks that police have been called to Cyrus’ home, but again, that had nothing to do with the “Wrecking Ball” singer herself. An Arizona man was arrested on May 16, trying to get in contact with Cyrus. She was later awarded a restraining order against the man.

Cyrus was not at home this weekend. She starts a European tour this week, beginning in Copenhagen on Wednesday.
