Melanie Griffith steps out without her tattoo of Antonio Banderas

As a sign of her impending divorce, Melanie Griffith has been seen without her tattoo with the name, “Antonio.” The tattoo includes a heart inspired her soon to be ex-husband, Antonio Banderas.

The couple is divorcing after 18 years of marriage. They got married in 1996. Griffith was previously spotted walking out of a tattoo removal center in Los Angeles.

It could be a more difficult divorce for the couple. The couple’s shared assets are valued at approximately $68 million. Together, they own homes, restaurants, and commercial buildings in the United States and in Spain. Melanie is asking for custody of Stella, the couple’s 17 year-old daughter and their three dogs. Griffith is also hoping to receive spousal support, according to the Daily Mail.

This is Griffith’s fourth divorce. The high profile actress was also married to actor Don Johnson. Griffith won an Oscar for Working Girl. She was also seen on Hawaii Five-O.

Banderas played Che in the movie musical, Evita. Banderas was previously married to Ana Leza. In addition, to his Golden Globe nominated role in Evita, The Mask of Zorro, and And Starring Pancho Villa as Himself, he will also be starring in The Expendables 3.
