Captain America: The Winter Soldier actress Scarlett Johansson gave birth to a daughter on Thursday.
Johansson and her fiance Romain Dauriac welcomed their first child together and named her Rose Dorothy, The Associated Press reports.
According to People, their daughter's middle name is a reference to "the first Francophone in my family," Johansson's grandmother.
Her rep, Marcel Pariseau, confirmed the news and said that the couple would like their privacy as they support the No Kids policy meant to keep children out of the spotlight.
News of Johansson's pregnancy was revealed by E! News back in March and since then the actress has done her best to stay private. She even opted to skip Comic-Con this year.
Johansson and Dauriac got engaged late last year and the Lucy actress has been willing to gush about that. "I'm very happy," the 29-year-old has said. "Being engaged is an exciting time to enjoy and really savor."
