It is April Fools’ Day today, so it would be wise to take everything with a grain of salt. For example, Katy Perry debuted a new hairstyle on Instagram and claims she was inspired by Keeping Up with the Kardashians matriarch Kris Jenner but it isn't clear if it's a wig or not.
“I asked for the Kris Jenner,” she wrote, debuting a pixie haircut. She got the seal of approval from the mom of six herself, who reposted it and wrote, “LOL I love you! You look gorgeous beautiful girl!!!#stunning #sexy #eyesareamazing.”
E! Online reports although the “Roar” singer has seemingly dyed her hair every color under the sun, this seems like her most drastic hair change yet.
Perry has wrapped her Prismatic World Tour and spent time with her unlikely new friend, Jenner, last week in New York City along with Chanel’s Karl Lagerfeld.
It’s important to note Perry has been known to wear wigs in the past, so it’s still not clear if the haircut is real or fake.
