9. The Mist (2007)
Highly overlooked by a lot of people — mostly because of the film’s controversial ending — The Mist is an atmospheric and tense thriller that’s definitely worth a watch. While Spike Network is trying and currently failing to reboot it into a television series, the film — despite having a few cheesy moments here and there — is one that is full of a few surprises.
