Fleetwood Mac announces North American tour with new members!

Fleetwood Mac has announced North American tour dates: the first tour with new members!

The legendary band is back but this time, with some new faces.

The group consisting of Stevie Nicks, John McVie, Christine McVie and Mick Fleetwood announced their tour, following the news of Lindsey Buckingham's departure earlier this month.

The band has now brought in Tom Petty and the Heartbreaker's guitarist Mike Campbell and Crowded House's Neil Flynn. The Grammy award-winning combo kick off the 50 date tour in Tulsa Oklahoma.

Mike Fleetwood shared his enthusiasm for the new group members in a statement, announcing the tour.  “Fleetwood Mac has always been about an amazing collection of songs that are performed with a unique blend of talents," the musician said.

"We jammed with Mike and Neil and the chemistry really worked and let the band realize that this is the right combination to go forward with in Fleetwood Mac style."

"We know we have something new, yet it’s got the unmistakable Mac sound."

The tour, promoted by Live Nation, will go into the spring of 2019. Tickets go on sale on May 4, you can get more details here!
