The landscape of hip-hop is immense and whether you are new or old to the game, there is an ever-increasing amount of talented artists releasing sick tracks. Now the alert is on red as two fresh and big names seem to be coming together to bring something that might be the next thing. Trippie Redd and Lil Yachty,  are boosting up their innovation game.

Trippie is getting the gears going and he has a focus on producing "timeless music."

Meanwhile, Yachty recently dropped Lil Boat 2 project, another addition to his up and coming superbness.

2018 just might be their year.

Beforehand, Trippie and Yachty both collaborated on Lil Boat 2 closer 66, a few weeks ago, giving a preview of the alliance to come.

On April 3, Trippie Redd and Yatchy posted themselves to Instagram doing work in the studio, blasting out a few tracks and dishing out nasty lyrics. A collab here and a collab there is not just coincidental.

Yachty's post previewed that they probably will be performing together, and dishing out new tracks.

Yachty wrote, "Lotta s**t coming 4rm me and twin."

Both rappers experiment with various vocals, beats and verse.

Yachty even created alternate personas for the various type of songs he performs, creating a feverish experimental thought world within in music.

The day after, Wednesday, the April 4 they released, Who Run It remix freestyle, creating an aggressive, fast-paced, hard-hitting tone. Trippie and Yachty are spitting fire.

Trippie Redd on Tuesday also let out a snippet of his new song Taking A Walk, bringing variation with cool smooth synthesis utilizing his signature singing vocals.

Trippe Redd and Lil Yachty are definitely doing something big by working together, but it's still too early to tell what exactly they will produce later on, according to Hot New Hip Hop.

Happening at the same time Trippie seems to be feuding another Ohio rapper, Bow Wow. In March, Redd posted a few clips on Instagram. Here's one of the videos. (WARNING: It is explicit.)

Why though?

Bow Wow had also dismissively insulted Trippie, saying it is a waste of time on Twitter. tweeting, "He's a ******g Kid. What i look like going to war with a kid. Real s**t. No respect giving to me for that. Ill let it slide."

As for Lil Yachty, he's working with Migos and Gucci Mane currently for the Glacier Boyz project, to be dropped April 13, which will include, Solitaire, according to XXLMag.

While the two artists have their separate careers the freestyle they just let out definitely signals more to come, teasing their fans with a promise of more to come. But what exactly will it be? Just each performer featured on the others songs? A series of dropped singles? Or a lock and stocked, fully loaded collab album?
