Jackson to be Buried in Forest Lawn Memorial Park

Suspicions have been flying regarding the details of Michael Jackson's funeral and burial. The Jackson family has made efforts to keep some aspects of the funeral private, but MTV and Daily News are both reporting plans for Jackson's burial in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

No stranger to celebrities, Forest Lawn has several sites in the Los Angeles area. Jackson is expected to be buried in the Hollywood Hills location at 8 a.m. tomorrow, prior to the 10 a.m. memorial service taking place at the Staples Center.

Forest Lawn's Hollywood Hills location boasts Colonial American architecture and "the Birth of Liberty," the world's largest historical mosaic. Celebrities such as Bette Davis, Liberace, Sammy Davis, Jr., Jean Harlow and David Carradine are all said to have Forest Lawn as their final resting place, but Forest Lawn is "unrelentingly secretive" about who is entombed in their parks. Many parts of their cemeteries are blocked off to the general public, as Jackson's most likely will be.
