Christina Milian shares her secret to how she lost the baby weight after giving birth to her first child, Violet Madison Nash, in February.

The singer was on a strict diet of water, eating raw vegetables, and salads to lose the weight that she had built up. She managed to shed the extra pounds quickly, sticking to her strict healthy diet.

Discussing her tips to People.com, she said: "A lot of liquids, a lot of water, a lot of raw vegetables and salads. I stuck to that and it all came off."

Milian also discussed how she believes that breastfeeding her 11-week-old Violet has helped her lose the weight. "I always pump everywhere. It's a little embarrassing to say but it's part of the whole thing. Violet is just always so happy the second she wakes up. She has a smile on her face. She's the best baby ever," People.com reports.

Milian's husband, record producer The Dream, whose real name is Terius Youngdell Nash, has three other children with his ex-wife, Nivea.

Christina and The Dream eloped to Las Vegas and married on September 4, 2009.
