J.J. Abrams is working with Ken Olin on an undercover cop drama for The CW called Electropolis.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the one-hour drama will be an undercover cop show dealing with after-hours Los Angeles and the young people who live their lives while most people are asleep, doing all of this to the beats of electronic music.

Abrams and Olin are reuniting after previously working together on ABC's Alias. The two of them will executive produce along with Bryan Burk. Co-executive producers include Cliff Olin, who's worked on Brothers & Sisters, Justin Fell, Kathy Lingg and Athena Wickham, who's worked on Person of Interest and Revolution, producing, as reported by TV Rage.

Electropolis will be produced by Warner Bros. who Abrams extended his deal with through 2015. He also sold a comedy called Adulting to Fox, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Abrams sure has been busy directing the new Star Trek movie, Star Trek Into Darkness, as well as being involved with shows like Revolution, Fringe and Person of Interest.

Fans will have to wait for Electropolis but they can look for Abrams' latest work, Star Trek Into Darkness, when it is released May 17, 2013.
