Unforgettable star Poppy Montgomery has announced she is expecting her second child this spring.
According to People, this will be Montgomery's second child but her first with Shawn Sanford, a Microsoft executive she began dating in late 2011. Her five-year-old son Jackson is from her past relationship with actor Adam Kaufman.
“Shawn and I are thrilled and Jackson is so excited to be a big brother!” the actress told People.
Montgomery enjoyed every minute when her son, Jackson, was a baby and can't wait to experience those precious baby moments again, reports London's Daily Mail.
The 37-year-old revealed the best part of her day is coming home from work and putting Jackson to bed.
"It's when we connect. He's growing up so fast, and I like the moments that remind me that he's still a baby," Montgomery said.
She will also continue to work through her pregnancy on Unforgettable as Detective Carrie Wells. The crime drama returns to CBS this summer for its second season.
