Lisa Vanderpump is best known for her hit Bravo Series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She also has a spin off show "Vanderpump Rules, the hit ABC Sensation Dancing with the Stars and now she is starring in her webisode series Breakfast After Dark: I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter.

TheCelebrityCafe.com: It was a big night on Tuesday -- Olympian contestant Dorothy Hamill bowed out of the completion due to a spinal injury and by doctor's order. This was a saving grace for you since you were in the bottom two. How are you feeling about that and tell us your experience?

Lisa Vanderpump: It was all kind of shocking. We didn't expect Dorothy to go home so soon. I really grew to like her and became so very close to her, and I'm so sad to see her go. One of the reasons why I believe we were in the bottom is because my show the Real Housewives was airing its finale and also the reunion was airing right after so it was a big night for Bravo. I believe the fans more tuned into that and we didn't get the votes we needed.

TCC: I'm sure you'll keep in touch with her after the competition.

LV: Oh, yes! I feel I've made a lot of great friendships here. We all did and its not about the completion, it's just about the experience and having fun.

TCC: Do you feel more confident and relived you've earned another chance in the competition ?

LV: Honestly, I'm not into the winning part. Again it is all about having fun, so if I can kick my legs and just have fun that's all [I want]. It's all just being a part of the experience.

TCC: That was my next question -- how has been your experience been since being on DWTS and picked to be a part of the show?

LV: I thought it was an amazing opportunity. I have a great partner who works with me and I just have fun with the cast and my partner.

TCC: We clearly see you’re busy with so many projects. How so you keep up?

LV: (Laughing) I'm doing so many things I just try to stay as balanced as I can. I'm in the works for starting a cooking show here in my home. I have a lot of businesses in the LA area, I wrote a book two years ago, Housewives of Beverly Hills, DWTS, so, yes, I'm quite busy.

TCC: Tell us what is it like being a Housewife of Beverly Hills?

LV: We just wrapped up our 3rd season, heading for a forth one soon and you know, it's a great opportunity, but I'm a business woman, a mother, a wife, so Beverly Housewives only shows a part of me, but all in all it's an experience.

TCC: Now last season we ended RHOBH with your daughter Pandora getting married, and now this season it was a similar ending with your vow renewals with your husband Ken? How do you feel that even with all the drama with the cast mates you got to end the season on a sweeter note with the wedding and renewal ceremony?

LV: Even throughout the drama, it goes to show that we're human and not run by machines. It was nice to have a production and have everyone come together and enjoy the moment. Because even despite the drama we can just be there for each other as friends.

TCC: Bravo introduced us to your show Vanderpump Rules. Tell us about that and how that came about.

LV: Vanderpump Rules follows my restaurant SUR Lounge which, I believe, was too big to fit into Housewives, so Bravo decided to do a spin off show. It’s a great show and opportunity to have the audience see the business side of me. The restaurant is run like a party sometimes, because of my young workers, but I’m like the mother hen of the company making sure all the ducks are in order.

TCC: And you're also staring in the webisodes Breakfast After Dark: I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter. How did you get involved in that?

LV: I’ve been a fan of I can believe its not butter for years and we film the episodes in my kitchen and we cook recipes such as the Healthy Veggie Frittata, The California Breakfast Pizza, and there all less calories then regular butter so it’s an alternative to a healthier meal.

TCC: And where can we find the webisodes to view online?

LV: At www.icantbeliveitsnotbutter.com

TCC: What future projects are you working on that we can expect to see later on in the future?

LV: Oh boy I have so much going on. We are opening up another restaurant in the Los Angeles area, Vanderpump Rules has just been renewed for a second season as well as Housewives for the fourth season. A lot is going on for me, but I’m very happy and excited.
