Last night on NBC's Revolution Miles Matheson was forced to enter his home town alone by Sebastian "Bass" Monroe. During the process Miles and Monroe encountered their old lover Emma. Aaron Pittman and Rachel Matheson were still on the road looking to turn the power on. During their journey Aaron ran into his wife whom he left some years ago, and things surely did not pick up where they left off. And Charlie Matheson was a little militant, losing her compassion and making decision without thinking about others.

After an epic battle, which resulted in a victory for the rebels, a messenger from the Monroe army was captured. The courier wanted to be caught and requested Miles personally, with words direct from Monroe. Monroe told Miles (via the messenger) that he had to return to their home town alone and surrender himself or the whole town would be killed. Before Miles went to the town, the viewer saw flashbacks of Emma, Miles, and Monroe. The viewer saw that Miles dated Emma, but one night while Miles was absent her and Monroe slept together.

Miles snuck off and returned to the town in the dead of night. He took out many guards. But Monroe and his forces were soon alerted to his presence. Monroe ordered his men to put the towns people into a building basement and to burn it down. Miles was able to rescue the towns people from the burning building. Also his rebel allies were able to track him and came to his aid. After Miles and his allies began retaking the town a Mexican stand off occurs. Monroe held Emma hostage as a human shield. Miles wouldn't shoot, and told his allies not to shoot, or he would kill them. During the stand off, Emma told Monroe she gave birth to his son, right as she was about to tell him the child's location, a commander on the rebels shot through her to hit Monroe. Miles as promised killed the commander for shooting Emma. Monroe and his troops retreated. Monroe was emotional and showed signs of humanity through his tears.

During this time Aaron saw his wife, Priscilla, who was in a bar. She told him to leave and that she was with her new husband. He was heart-broken and pulled away by Rachel. Later while walking at night, upset and tearful, he saw Priscilla tied up by her husband in a pick up truck. He confronted her, and she told him to leave, the husband revealed he was actually a bounty hunter and she was a fugitive.

Priscilla told Aaron to leave, but he decided to have courage and rescue her. He tackled the bounty hunter and Priscilla hit her capturer over the head with a lead pipe. Later Priscilla revealed she was a fugitive, on the run from the Monroe army for killing a commander who was hurting her daughter. Aaron realized that Priscilla moved on and had her own family, forgetting about him. The two parted ways and Aaron was crushed. Rachel comforted him and they continued there journey.

The episode ended with the President of the rebels (America) issuing Miles whatever he needed and naming a new commander to him. The new commander entered the room, it was Major Tom Neville!
