Three homes were not enough for “22” singer Taylor Swift. The Country singing starlet reportedly just purchased her fourth home for $17.75 million.
TMZ reports that the Grammy award winning singer paid cash for her latest house which is located in Watch Hill, Rhode Island and boasts 11k square feet, five bedrooms and sits on the waterfront on a hefty 5.2 acres.
Previous owners were asking for $20 million but eventually settled on the $17 million deal, New York Daily News notes.
Swift wired the cash to the previous owners this morning, who were spotted with a moving truck shortly thereafter TMZ reports.
Additional information about the home as reported by NJ.com, includes 10.5 bathrooms, eight fireplaces, a swimming pool, widows walk, balconies and a five car garage. It is noted as the “highest point of direct waterfront on the entire eastern seaboard, from Florida to Southern New England.”
