Amanda Bynes might not be prosecuted for alleged possession of marijuana after all. According to a report, there is no hard evidence for the prosecution that links her to pot and the police do not have the remnants of the bong she allegedly threw out her window.

TMZ, citing an NYPD official, reported that drugs were not found at her apartment after police did a search.

Another problem for the prosecutor is that police did not recover pieces of the “drug paraphernalia” that she allegedly threw out her window. TMZ actually sent a producer out to find the pieces of the bong and was told that police didn’t expect the pieces of shattered glass on the street by the apartment. Since it has been days since her Thursday night arrest, police can’t be certain if the pieces had been tampered with so it can’t be entered as solid evidence.

Bynes later claimed that what she threw out the window was a vase and did tell that to police. But, there’s no way to prove that now with the glass not being considered evidence.

So it looks like Bynes has won this round. She retweeted TMZ’s story, although on Tuesday, she continuously retweeted fans who badmouthed TMZ for looking for the remnants of the bong.

Bynes also claimed on Twitter that she was sexually harassed during her arrest, but NYPD did an internal investigation and found that the arresting officer did nothing wrong.
