Amanda Bynes was photographed roaming the streets of Buffalo by a fan, upon approaching Bynes and asking her what she was doing in Buffalo, she proceeded to tell him, “We're not in Buffalo.”
The video, which has since been posted by TMZ, shows Bynes wandering aimlessly throughout the streets sporting a brown wig.
The fan explains that he saw The Amanda Show actress wandering and hoped to approach her to talk before she began walking away professing that they are “not in Buffalo.”
This is the second odd episode in a matter of 24 hours for Bynes. The 27-year-old actress was spotted at Sky Zone, a trampoline fun zone in Buffalo, on Wednesday. However, despite the fact that representatives for Sky Zone raved about how kind Bynes was she denied reports that she had every gone to the trampoline zone and also noting that she “doesn't own a brown wig.” She called the person in the photographs an 'impersonator.'
Interestingly enough, the woman in the video wearing the brown wig has a tattoo on her arm just like Bynes does. Check out the video below:
