Ashley Tisdale was granted a temporary restraining order against obsessed fan, Nicholas Fiore, who has tweeted the High School Musical star a reported 18,000 times since 2012.

According to TMZ, Tisdale filed the order in L.A. County Superior Court, requesting Fiore stay at least 5,00 yards away from Tisdale. However the judge required Fiore to stay only 100 yards away from the singer. In the documents obtained by TMZ, Tisdale said she feared for her safety as well as her boyfriends, Chris French. "If an immediate order is not granted ... [Fiore] will attempt to cause or cause severe bodily harm to myself and my boyfriend."

She told the court that the crazed fan had attempted to enter her home pretending to be a delivery man reported by Enews. As well as threatening the 27-year-old by tweeting song lyrics containing violence and references to guns.

“He is not my boyfriend, I don't know him and I have never met him," Tisdale said in her request for the restraining order. "I have been mentally and psychologically harmed because of the harassment because I constantly fear for my safety and the safety of my boyfriend." The 21-year-old fan is currently being held in custody by the LAPD. A further hearing is set for June 5th.
