Brooke Mueller is trying to prove that Denise Richards, who has temporary custody of her twins with Charlie Sheen; Bob and Max, has violated a gag order.
Sources say Mueller tried to relinquish the Wild Things star from having custody of the boys on Friday after she posed for pictures with them at a preschool field trip.
According to RadarOnline, Mueller thinks Richards staged the pictures.
“Denise staged the photo op to portray Brooke as a bad mother,” a source said. “The field trip the preschool took was to a local farm, and there were other celebs with their kids in attendance also.”
Another source calls it “ridiculous,” as Halle Berry was also there with her daughter Nahla and had her picture taken.
“Denise and Charlie have both respected the gag order and haven’t spoken to the media about the situation,” said the source. Friday marked the third time Mueller had her lawyers in court to try and get her brother to get custody of the twins instead of Richards.
Mueller is currently at the Betty Ford center, undergoing rehab treatment for the 20th time. Her twins with her Anger Management star ex were taken away earlier this month.
