Chris Brown and Rihanna have once again split, and this time the “Fine China” singer is confirming the break up himself.
Brown appeared on Australian radio show The Kyle and Jackie Show and he said the on-again, off-again couple are no longer together. Although there’s been much speculation in the press, this is the first time either one of them has confirmed it.
"Imma do it solo," he said, Us Magazine reports. "I mean, at the end of the day, shawty doing her own thang, she on the road. It's always gonna be love. I'm a grown man, just gotta fast forward."
He turned 24 on Sunday and he was busy with various birthday celebrations, while the 25 year old Rihanna is currently on her Diamonds world tour.
“I'm always gonna love that person. I cant be focused on wife-ing someone that young. I need to be the best Chris Brown I can be," he continued.
Brown was seen partying with his ex, Karrueche Tran, during his birthday party in L.A. on Friday. But “he didn't appear to be paying much attention to her and was partying around a lot of girls,” said an onlooker.
In January, Rihanna gave a revealing interview to Rolling Stone, saying the two were very much together and have matured since their infamous 2009 fight.
She said, “We don't have those types of arguments anymore. We talk about shit. We value each other. We know exactly what we have now, and we don't want to lose that."
