Chris Brown's Tuesday car accident could turn into a prison sentence for the rapper as he has been accused of giving false information to the woman he rear-ended.
Tuesday's car accident was not reported as severe with many photogs snapping photos of the two exchanging information. However, TMZ reports that the driver of the Mercedes has come forward to state that Brown would not give her his name or drivers license number and the insurance information he did provide is wrong.
The woman also notes that Brown gave her attitude when she continuously demanded his identification.
Brown remains on probation for the 2009 beating of ex-girlfriend Rihanna. A judge ordered Brown to stay out of trouble. Because he left the scene of the accident without providing the proper information, he could be charged with a hit and run and sentenced to seven years in prison, TMZ reports.
The “Look at Me Now” singer previously failed a drug test which could have compromised his probation at the time as well.
