Christina Aguilera is silencing her critics by posting a picture of her slimmer figure on the set of the music video for Alejandro Fernandez's "Hoy Tengo Ganas de Ti.”
The former Voice mentor shared the picture on her Twitter and Facebook accounts.
In it, she’s wearing a black high-waisted skirt and a bra top. Aguilera, 32, has received flack about her weight in the past. However, she’s opened up about it in an interview with Marie Claire last year.
"I've been through my highs, I've been through my lows; I've been through the gamut of all things in this business. Being too thin. Being bigger. I've been criticized for being on both sides of the scale," she said at the time. "It's noise I block out automatically. I love my body. My boyfriend loves my body. My son is healthy and happy, so that's all that matters to me."
Us Weekly also notes this isn’t the first time she’s released Latin music. She released Mi Reflejo in 2001.
