Days of our Lives actor Dylan Patton has been charged with felony possession of cocaine.
The former soap star actor was allegedly selling the illegal drugs out of his home and was busted once he sold the coke to an undercover cop, TMZ reports. The police received a search warrant into the Agoura Hills, California home and raided it Tuesday evening where they arrested Patton and placed his bail at $30,000.
Us Weekly notes that Patton is also facing charges of attempting to sell the cocaine within 1,000 feet of Sumac Elementary School.
If convicted, Patton could face up to nine years in jail.
Patton, who played Will Horton on the daytime soap from 2009-2010, has also taken on roles in Disney's That's So Raven, Cold Case, Sheeba and First Strike.
Us Weekly notes that as of Thursday the former Days actor remained in custody. A rep for the actor has not released a statement at this time.
