Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards are in court where a judge will decide the temporary custody Anger Management actor’s twin sons, Max and Bob.
According to TMZ , a judge will decide whether or not extend Richards’ temporary custody which Sheen’s ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, is reportedly hospitalized for prescription drug use.
The children were removed from Mueller’s home last week after Children and Family Services suspected that the 4-year-old boys were living in an “unsafe environment.”
Sheen has expressed his support for Richards’ role in the twins’ lives. TMZ notes that the question remains whether or not a judge will allow the boys back in her home following her frequent abuse of prescription drugs and alcohol.
Mueller’s rep, Steve Honig, released a statement yesterday following Mueller being admitted to the hospital stating, "Despite reports to the contrary, Brooke is currently at UCLA Medical Center where she has been since being admitted May 3. Brooke will be there for several more days, and will likely transition directly into a residential treatment facility to get help for prescription drug abuse."
Updates on the twins’ custody will surface shortly.
