Ellen DeGeneres had some fun with Cher and her mother when they stopped by her daytime talk show The Ellen DeGeneres Show this week. The funnylady event tried on the “Turn Back Time” singer’s famous bejeweled bodysuit.

On Wednesday, Cher and her mom, Georgia Holt, 87, and her half-sister Georganne LaPiere, 61, sat down for an interview with DeGeneres. They talked about Cher’s son, Chaz Bono, and his coming out to his grandmother before his mother.

“That's a big deal to come out to the grandmother,” said DeGeneres, Daily Mail reports. They also discussed his recent weight loss.

But it was a lot more lighthearted the day before the appearance, when DeGeneres tweeted:

She posted a picture of herself standing next to the legendary singer on Instagram.

Daily Mail also reports Cher and her mom did a duet of Holt’s new song “Honky Tonk Woman.” She’s releasing a new album, which she recorded 30 years ago with Elvis Presley’s band, and was lost in her garage.
