Whatever you do, don’t compare Farrah Abraham to Kim Kardashian. The former Teen Mom star is already sick of the comparisons between she and the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, which comes from them both signing sex tape deals with Vivid Entertainment.
“We are two different people, two different situations," the single mother told ETOnline. "I also don't agree with everything that she's done in her life, so I hope to live my life a little bit differently."
Abraham got teary-eyed in the interview talking about her fear that she would lose the respect from her parents for filming and selling a sex tape with porn star James Deen. She said telling them about the tape was just as terrifying as telling them that she was pregnant as a teen.
"I only want my parents to see me like…I'd rather come to my parents and say, you know, 'Yes, I' am having sex with somebody I'm in a relationship with,'" she said.
Celebuzz notes that Abraham is sticking to her story that this was a private sex tape that got leaked. When asked why she chose a porn star as a partner instead of someone she knows, she said “I was under the belief this would help better protect me and my privacy. So I was like, "if this guy is so professional and everything is gonna be fine," then I was like, "I'm happier with this choice."
Although she wouldn’t confirm how much she made off of the tape, which is reportedly close to $1 million, she said “You know, I don't want to talk about things financially, I'm pretty private like that, but I did make more than people hear, so some information is wrong.”
