Dylan Patton, a former actor on NBC’s Days of Our Lives, has been charged with selling cocaine from his Agoura Hills, California home near LA.
TMZ had reported earlier this week that L.A. County Sheriff's deputies raided his house and arrested the 20-year-old. Police had previously sent an undercover cop to his home and purchased cocaine. They then obtained a warrant to search his home.
On Thursday, the site reported that Patton was officially charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell. He is also still in prison, being held on $30,000 bail.
The Los Angeles Times notes that Patton could be in even more trouble since authorities say he was selling cocaine within 1,000 feet of an elementary school.
If he’s convicted, Patton could face up to nine years in prison.
Patton only appeared on a few episodes of Days of Our Lives in 2009 and 2010. He also appeared in an episode of That’s So Raven in 2005 and Cold Case in 2007.
