Hangover baby Grant Holmquist reprised his role of Tyler (aka Carlos) in The Hangover Part III and felt right at home on set and on the red carpet with his costars.

The young actor’s mother, Carrie Holmquist, told People Magazine , “Zach [Galifianakis] did an amazing job loosening Grant up," on the set of the raunchy comedy, which the 5-year-old has not seen.

Bradley Cooper and Ed Helms also did their part to make the youngster feel comfortable on set. "There were toys all over the place and they [Cooper and Helms] were pretending a stuffed dog was attacking them," Holmquist’s mother says. "They were throwing it back and forth, just making Grant laugh."

Despite not being allowed to view the film, Holmquist proudly walked the red carpet with his costars, affectionately calling Galifianakis, “Zachy.” Huffington Post reports that Holmquist spent most of his onscreen time with Galifianakis, as in the first film. Grant was not the only baby on set, however, as his twin sister Avery also played the part of “Baby Carlos.”

To deal with some of the more controversial scenes involving the Holmquist babies in the original film, director Todd Phillips usually waited until mother Carrie was out of the room before filming.

“I waited for the [baby's] mom to go upstairs because the mom was a little bit more not into stuff like that," Phillips explained, referring to scenes such as when Galifianakis’ character pantomimes the baby masturbating. "I go to the dad: 'It would be funny if Zach pretends to do this. Would you have a problem with that?' And he literally goes: '[My wife is] going to be gone for a half-hour. Can you do it in the next half-hour?'"

Grant Holmquist’s big blue eyes and innocent smile has won over critics and his costars, especially his onscreen mother Heather Graham, who held his hand down the red carpet.
