Selina Meyers is going to get another term as Vice President. HBO has renewed its hilarious political comedy Veep for another season.

The series stars Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Selena, the Vice President, with Tony Hale, Anna Chlumsky and Reid Scott as her aides. It was created by In The Loop’s Armando Iannucci.

According to The Wrap, the show’s third season will also include 10 episodes and will start in 2014.

Veep is currently in the middle of its second season and has enjoyed success in the ratings thanks to having Game of Thrones as a lead-in. The Hollywood Reporter notes that the April 29 episode drew 1.3 million viewers, just behind the show’s 2012 series premiere, which drew 1.38 million viewers.

The show has also been a critical success, with Louis-Dreyfus winning an Emmy last year. The show was also nominated for Outstanding Comedy Series. Louis-Dreyfus was nominated for the Golden Globe for Best Actress in a TV Comedy/Musical.

Most of HBO’s comedies will be returning next year, with Girls and Eastbound and Down both getting renewed as well. Family Tree from Christopher Guest and Stephen Merchant’s Hello Ladies will premiere next year.
