Fans of TLC’s hit redneck reality show Here Comes Honey Boo Boo are in for a big treat with the series set to return in July. Rumor has it the reality series will return with an inside look to Honey Boo Boo’s mother, “Mama June” and father, “Sugar Bear,” wedding.
According to LA Times, the series averages 2.3 million viewers.
Mama June and Sugar bear exchanged vows over the weekend. The bride wore a camouflage dress with tennis shoes and the groom wore camouflage pants with an orange shirt, ET Online reports.
Honey Boo Boo, real name Alana, wore a pink and peach dress.
Guests at the wedding were requested to surrender their cameras, cell phones and video devices prior to the ceremony. Reports later suggested that the reason was because the wedding will air exclusively on the next season of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.
“The day was very special mostly because my girls were able to take part in it," June tells People "I felt like it was important for them to see this moment and celebrate my love for Sugar Bear."
Here Comes Honey Boo Boo returns July 17.
