Holly Madison’s fiancé and father to 3 month old baby Rainbow Aurora, Pasquale Rotella, is facing up to 13 years in jail for bribery, embezzlement, conspiracy and conflict of interest.

Rotella is being accused of using $2.5 million to pay off city officials, which he got from the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, where he would host raves. He and five other men from his company, Insomniac events, were at a pretrial conference on Monday in L.A.

He is out of jail right now on $1.8 million bail and he will be back in court on July 29, RadarOnline reports.

Madison revealed on Sunday that she and Rotella are planning on getting married on August 15, which is about two weeks after his next court date, Us Weekly notes.

Rotella has denied any wrongdoing in the case through his lawyer, Gary Jay Kaufman, who said Rotella “has always acted lawfully and appropriately with respect to all of his dealings with the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. Any allegations of wrongdoing on the part of Mr. Rotella by the District Attorney’s office are completely baseless and flat-out wrong, both on the law and on the facts.”

He also called the claims "politically motivated and publicity driven."
