Jennifer Lawrence and her ex Nicholas Hoult were seen at The Little Door in Los Angeles on Monday, April 29, on what appeared to be a date.
The couple dated for about two years before splitting in January, an insider stating that "They’re young and grew apart. But they remain friends."
A witness at the restaurant said that 22-year-old Lawrence and 23-year-old Hoult sat in the back in a private area closed off by curtains, where they were "happy and laughing" and "looked flirtatious," Us Weekly reports.
However, the date might have been a professional one. They are currently shooting X-Men: Days of Future Past together, a source telling Us, "They started talking again for the movie's sake. If anything, she broke his heart and they are taking it slow."
The actors have had nothing but nice things to say about each other in the past, Lawrence telling Elle in December, "He is honestly my best friend, and hopefully I'm his best friend, too . . . He's my favorite person to be around and he makes me laugh harder than anybody."
After the split, Hoult told Us of his ex's Oscar win, "I'm very, very happy for her."
