After the pilot of The Originals aired as episode 20 of The Vampire Diaries last month and received a positive response, there has been a lot of buzz about how the series will play out as beloved hybrid Klaus (Joseph Morgan) leaves for New Orleans awaiting the arrival of his unborn baby.
As quoted by ONDT, Morgan says, “Klaus is a fan of manipulation. There are elements of the story that come out which will absolutely explore more of a potential for vulnerability in his personal life and his relationship with family.”
In terms of whether or not we will be seeing crossovers between characters, according to Unreality Primetime, creator Julie Plec said that Rebekah and other cast members will be making the transition between the two shows.
