Anyone who goes to a party at Justin Bieber’s home should expect to be presented with paperwork to sign, more specifically a Liability Waiver and Release, or they will get sued for $5 million for talking about what goes on there.
Bieber, 19, is known for having parties at his Calabasas, California mansion, but he’s likely sick of the media reporting on what goes on behind closed doors.
TMZ obtained a copy of the waiver, which says that any guest who talks publicly about the "physical health, or the philosophical, spiritual or other views or characteristics" of other guests will get sued.
The waiver warns that what goes inside might be "potentially hazardous and you should not participate unless you are medically able and properly trained,” possible risks being "minor injuries to catastrophic injuries, including death."
But it goes farther than just blabbing about the shenanigans inside, if you tweet, Instagram or blog about what happened while you were inside Bieber’s home you will get sued for $5 million.
Daily Mail notes this is likely Bieber and his team’s effort to have negative press, considering the string of media reports on his alleged wild behavior.
The “Baby” singer bought the $6.5milion home last year.
