Anyone luck enough to be invited to one of Justin Bieber’s house parties will have to sign a contract promising not to blab about the evening’s festivities.

In the wake of the pop star’s alleged scuffle with a neighbor, Bieber’s lawyers have drafted a contract for each of his guests to sign. The “premises waiver” details the consequences of divulging details of to reporters, a hefty $5 million lawuit, New York Daily News reports.

Any photos, videos, or commentary about the signer’s health or private life are “confidential, private, secret and sensitive” and not up for discussion with the media.

The waiver, obtained by TMZ also cautions guests that any activities that are "potentially hazardous and you should not participate unless you are medically able and properly trained."

It is difficult to say to what activities the waiver is referring, as guests are now contractually forbidden to photograph or gab about them.

This increase in security will protect the young star as prosecutors decide whether or not to charge him with battery. Allegedly, Bieber entered a heated exchange with a neighbor who complained about the singer’s loud parties and reckless driving. The neighbor said that after Bieber told him to leave his property, the “Beauty and a Beat” crooner shoved and spat on him.
