A billboard in Central Los Angeles has made Justin Bieber the sad face of unemployment.

The Employment Policies Institute placed a sour-faced photo of the popstar on a recent billboard, according to Gossip Cop . The billboard uses Bieber’s pout to illustrate its position on raising minimum wage, arguing that the raise will lead to fewer jobs for teens.

“Teen unemployment makes us all sad. Unfortunately, raising the minimum wage will only make things worse,” the advertisement says, after giving a the statistic that “24% of teens who want a job can’t find one.”

While raising minimum wage may be a topic of discussion amongst teens searching for a job, it probably isn’t something on the mega-star’s mind. The billboard notes, “Justin Bieber’s image on this billboard does not imply his endorsement of any particular minimum wage policy or an endorsement of the Employment Policies Institute.”

Though the Biebs may not have posed for The Employment Policies Institute, he flaunted his washboard abs for photographers outside his home in Los Angeles. The popstar lifted his white tank top, revealing his toned body and his white boxer briefs.

Bieber recently tweeted that he was, “gonna take some time” after being booed at the Billboard Music Awards. Looks like most of that time has been spent in the gym.
