It’s official, Kellie Pickler has won Season 16 of Dancing With the Stars and she’s a proud owner of the coveted mirror ball trophy. Pickler and her professional partner Derek Hough edged out Zendaya Coleman and Val Chmerkovskiy for the top spot.

When host Tom Bergeron asked the country singer if she thought she would win she exclaimed “No, not at all. This is amazing. Oh my God.”

On Monday night, Pickler and Hough got two perfect scores of 30 and the following night, they got the same, Fox News notes.

Third runner up Jacoby Jones lifted Pickler up and hoisted her on his shoulders in celebration when they announced the winners.

"I'm very proud. I'm very happy," Coleman said when the winners were announced, People reports. "I get to leave here with an amazing experience, so I'm happy."

Jones, who’s partner was Karina Smirnoff, added "Out of all my trainers that I've had, I've never had a woman push me like she did.”

But there was more to celebrate for Pickler, as Hough yelled out “Grandpa Ken, we got you the trophy, buddy,” he was referring to her grandfather, Ken Morton, who is a fan of the show.

“Right before I left Nashville for L.A., my Grandpa Ken, who is a huge fan of the show, told me he was praying that Derek would be my partner, because that's his favorite male dancer on the show. Now I think I will tell him to pray that we win!" Pickler told People in February.
