It’s more than 10 years since Michael Nader’s ‘Dimitri Marick’ stepped foot in Pine Valley. But, longtime fans are sure to be overjoyed when Dimitri returns to All My Children online reboot on June 3.

Fans last saw Dimitri when he left town with wife Alexandra Devane, shortly after his cousin Gillian Andrassy, was shot and killed by an assassin.

"’Brooke English,’ played by actress Julia Barr, has offered ‘Dimitri’ a job as head of one of Chandler Enterprises new divisions – Chandler Media – which he gratefully accepts,’” as per We Love Soaps.com

Dimitri was also one of Erica Kane’s numerous husbands, of which she married twice. Their love affair made them a soap supercouple.

"I got a call from executive producer Ginger Smith who said Prospect Park is relaunching 'All My Children' online. She said, 'We'd love for you to come back.' And I said, 'You want me, you got me.' Being back, is like being home," Nader said in a statement Monday.

Nader was let go from All My Children in 2001 following his arrest on charges of cocaine possession. He later filed a lawsuit against ABC for breach of contract. Actor Anthony Addabbo temporarily took over the role but fans never accepted his as Dimitri and lobbied for Nader’s return. In 2004, Nader’s lawsuit against ABC was thrown out.

Since leaving the show in 2001, Nader has appeared on Law & Order: SVU and Cold Case. Previously, he appeared As the World Turns, Dynasty and Magnum P.I., according to Yahoo! TV
