There are many people posing as her, but Miley Cyrus officially joined Instagram over the weekend.

The 20-year-old “Ashtrays and Heartbreaks” singer joined the photo-sharing site out of boredom.

“I was bored. So I got Instagram,” she Tweeted on Saturday, and it didn’t take long for her to start posting pictures and raking in followers.

Her first photo was from a Maxim shoot. Although Maxim has yet to officially confirm it, Miley says she earned the top spot on the Hot 100 list.

“My 1st Instagram is dedicated to all my fans ❤ thank you for crowning me #1 Maxim Hot 100,” she tweeted.

Photos from magazine shoots weren’t the only photos Cyrus shared on her Instagram account. She found it was ultimately a good place for puppy pictures.

"Love having insta! Now I don't gotta blow up errrrbodys twitter with puppy pics!” she wrote, sharing photos of her and her dogs.

Fans may be happy to see Miley opening up her life to them again. She previously said she felt herself becoming more private when it came to sharing personal photos.

"We were too nice to the world and gave them too much insight – into my life and my puppies and my house – and I just don't feel they get that privilege any more," Cyrus told the latest issue of Elle UK, according to E! News. "Like on my Twitter, I'm much more...not conservative, but you don't see a picture of my dogs. You don't get that personal stuff any more."

It looks like something made her change her mind.
