Miley Cyrus has taken to Twitter to call an end to death threats from Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus fans.
Us Weekly reports that Cyrus took to Twitter Sunday where she wrote, “Everyday someone with a Swift or Gomez in there name wishes terrible things upon me (death is popular) Please Smilers don't ever.”
She followed tweeting, “Think somehow you are supporting me by being hateful towards other artist. My fans make me proud by supporting my music & everything I do.”
The “Party in the USA” singer didn’t play innocent, noting that sometimes her fans can get out of hand too.“Btw im not saying Smilers can't act cray cray too. #deaththreats #TOOOOFAR,” she concluded.
It is unclear what started the uproar among Gomez and Swift fans. Swift and Gomes are open about their BFF status. The former Disney star was recently named the number one on Maxim Magazine’s hottest, news Cyrus exclusively revealed on Twitter.
