Matthew Perry’s NBC sitcom Go On has officially been cancelled after just one season.

According to Reuters, Go On was met with favorable reviews and nearly 16 million viewers when the series debuted in August. The series, which focused on Perry as a grieving sports news caster following the death of his wife, dropped significantly by April’s finale having only drawn in 3 million.

Go On joins in the carnage already filled by 1600 Penn, Whitney, Up All Night and Guys with Kids.

Entertainment Weekly reports that Parks and Recreation has survived the axing and was given a green light for another season, Community is also expected to get another season although it has not been confirmed as of yet.

The network is slated to take on Sean Hayes’ Sean Saves the World, a TV version of the 2002 film About a Boy.

EW notes that NBC will announce its official lineup on Sunday, with CBS following with their lineup on Wednesday.
