While the circumstances of Michael Jackson’s death in 2009 are still the subject of an ongoing court battle, the late King of Pop is now being accused of sexual molestation by Wade Robson.

The famous choreographer, who worked with 1990s pop stars like Britney Spears and *NSYNC, filed legal documents asking for money from the Jackson estate, reports TMZ.

According to the site, Jackson met Robson when Robson was just 5-years-old. At age 7, Robson began sleeping over with Jackson at the Neverland Ranch and in Las Vegas. This continued until he was 14.

While these court documents are sealed, CNN reports that it includes an affidavit from Dr. David Arrendondo, a child psychiatrist.

This claim appears to come out of nowhere, especially since Robson had nothing but glowing words for Jackson after his death in 2009, notes The Huffington Post. Robson was also called to testify at Jackson’s 2005 molestation trial and denied that Jackson molested him.

However, TMZ notes that housekeeper Blanca Francia did say at that trial - which resulted in Jackson’s acquittal - that she saw Robson and Jackson showering together when Robson was 8 or 9.

Tom Mesereau, who defended Jackson in 2005, told CNN that the claims are “Absurd,” adding, “He was one of the strongest witnesses for the defense at Michael Jackson's criminal trial in 2005. He was adamant under oath that he had never been molested at any time.”

“Mr. Robson's claim is outrageous and pathetic. This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him,” Jackson estate lawyer, Howard Weitzman, told TMZ. “Now, nearly 4 years after Michael has passed, this sad and less than credible claim has been made.”

Meanwhile, the ongoing wrongful death civil suit the Jackson family filed against concert promoter AEG continued this week. CNN notes that on Tuesday the jury got to see Jackson’s autopsy photo. Jackson’s family claims that AEG hired Dr. Conrad Murray, who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in Jackson’s death.
