Rob Kardashian has been charged with battery and petty theft for the altercation he had with a female photographer in March, in which he stole the memory card out of her camera equipment because she took a shirtless photo of the reality star.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and younger brother to Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian, was charged with one count of misdemeanors for each separate crime.
TMZ reports that the photographer sued Kardashian after he stole her camera equipment at a West Hollywood gym, where she was hiding in the parking garage to take a picture of him. He happened to be changing his shirt in his car and the photog got a shot of him without a shirt.
Andra Viak also filed a civil suit against Kardashian, claiming he "intentionally, willfully, wantonly and maliciously ran" towards her after he caught her taking the pictures, The Huffington Post reports.
She also claims he used "violent use of force” to hit her in the face, arm and chest.
