Rob Kardashian has settled a civil lawsuit that stemmed from an incident in March when he chased after female paparazzo, Andra Viak, and stole her memory card after she hounded him at the gym.

Earlier this month, we reported that Viak had lain in wait in a gym parking garage for a glimpse of the reality TV star. Kardashian finally came out to his car where he began to change his clothes.

After snapping a few pictures of Kardashian in various stages of undress, Viak claimed that he noticed and “intentionally, willfully, wantonly, and maliciously” chased after her.

Kardashian then used “violent use of force” to steal her camera’s memory card with the shirtless pictures on it.

The Inquisitor took note that Viak’s presence in the garage could be considered trespassing since that particular gym in West Hollywood is privately owned and requires a pass code to enter.

Nevertheless, Kardashian was charged with misdemeanor battery and theft.

TMZ now reports that Kardashian has settled the civil suit out of court. In order to avoid a criminal trial, he will pay Viak the value of the stolen memory card.

The now-settled case will be formally dismissed at a hearing on June 7.
